Three kinds of people

• Admins run the club’s tracker. They see every card, and they are the only ones with the Dashboard.
• Coaches and teachers see only the cards given to them, and the server enforces it. Admins give people to a coach one at a time or in a batch.
• Members and parents who sign in see every card filed under their email, so brothers and sisters show up together, and nobody else’s.

Three ways to get parents in

• Share with parent: a private link to one card. No password, read-only, and it can be replaced or switched off at any time.
• Send an invitation: creates a parent login and emails them a temporary password.
• A join link: parents sign up themselves, either only for children already in your tracker, or openly with a key, optionally limited to certain email addresses.

What a parent sees

Their child’s current level, every skill ticked off, the percentage, the classes they are in and next, and the coach’s notes. Exactly where their child is, without having to catch the coach after practice.

You stay in control

Admins can switch parent share links off for the whole club, choose how people join, and switch off photos.
