Moving up loses nothing

When an athlete or dancer moves up a level, everything they did on the level before stays on their card. Nothing is wiped, and nothing has to be copied across.

Their work stays with them

Every skill someone has ticked off is kept, whatever level they are on now. Move them up and their earlier levels keep every tick. Move them back down and it is all still there, exactly as they left it.

Look back at any level

The level strip on each card lists every level in their path. Tap an earlier one to look at it: the card shows that level’s skills and ticks, read-only, with a note that says which level they are on now.

A finished level shows a tick on the strip, and the date it was completed.

A dated record of each level

The moment someone finishes a level, the date is stamped on it in your club’s own timezone. That date stays on the card and goes on their certificate.

A level is dated when it reaches 100% while they are on it, so finish the level before moving them up if you want the date recorded.

Safe by default

Taking someone off a level keeps their work too. The only way to lose it is to delete the level itself, or replace your levels with a new template, and the platform warns you clearly before either one.
